Lecien North American operations changing in 2013

Lecien USA opened its operations in 2009. Since then, our sales volume has grown and the number of customer accounts increased significantly. In order to provide better service and improve operations, Lecien has decided that three distributors will handle all sales and delivery in North America from 2013. Lecien USA will close its Emeryville CA warehouse at the end of January 2013; however, staff will remain on in the US for some time to assure that orders placed in 2012 are filled.
 
From the beginning of 2013, Lecien will continue to offer its fabric, floss and other products in the US market exclusively through two US distributors, Checker Distributors (Maumee OH) and EE Schenck (Portland OR). In Canada, Lecien will work through Contemporary Sewing Materials (Surrey, BC).
