Change in LecienUSA’s Operations in 2013

LecienUSA would like to thank all the fine customers who have helped us grow and be successful since we opened our Northern California office in 2009. Lecien has decided going forward in 2013 that we can provide you better service by selling through three distributors and managing the operations directly out of our home office in Japan.

From January 1, 2013, all new sales in North America will be handled by these distributors:

 If you have placed an order with LecienUSA in 2012 for fabric or floss, your order will ship normally as indicated at the time you placed the order. LecienUSA will close its Emeryville CA operations at the end of January 2013; however, staff will remain in the US for some time to assure that orders placed in 2012 are filled.
